Technology Guidelines

District 35 has developed Technology Guidelines to guide and support the effective use of digital tools for learning.

These guidelines help ensure that technology is used purposefully, responsibly, and creatively across all grade levels, empowering students to think critically, collaborate, and engage as digital citizens in a connected world.

Additionally, District 35 has developed an AI Guidebook to provide guidance for instructional routines and AI tools in the classroom. We define clear guidance on staff and student use of these evolving tools. District 35 ensures all decisions align with the Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA) and ISBE requirements.
