Parents of incoming kindergarten students are invited to an in-person overview of our program, including daily highlights and a building tour. Orientation is in the spring.
In May, we conduct Kindergarten Interviews and Parent Education Presentations. These interviews help us understand each child’s readiness for kindergarten. Our teachers engage children in activities, while parents attend a presentation on readiness skills and transition tips.
Go-To-School Night, held in August the week before school begins, allows parents to meet their child's teacher, learn about classroom routines, and hear about learning opportunities for the year.
