Release of Student Information
The school district may release directory information regarding students to be used in compiling the student directory. This information includes the following:
- Student Name
- Grade level
- Birth date and place
- Parents’/guardians’ names and addresses
- Period of attendance in school
Student pictures without identifying information are frequently posted on the district/school websites and included within SchoolRush posts.
Any parent(s)/guardian(s) may prohibit the release of any or all of the above by delivering a written objection to the Building Principal by the first student attendance day of the school year.
