Helping Hands

On November 16, 2017, all 8th grade advisory classes walked into town for a day of civic engagement. Students raised money at home to purchase items from the New Trier Township Food Pantry’s Priority Needs List. The students worked together and selected items to purchase at Grand Foods and Walgreens in Glencoe.

All items were delivered to the New Trier Food Pantry and will assist those in need in our broader township community. Thank you to our 8th grade students, teachers, and families for lending a hand to make a difference! The items will allow the shelves of the pantry to remain stocked for the winter months ahead.
